How to Implement Sustainability in your Facility
Tuesday, April 26, 2022
In a time when sustainability and saving energy is imperative to slowing down climate change, institutions and organizations must become more aggressive when it comes to saving energy. There are a number of sustainable energy saving strategies that collecting institutions can implement, however, these strategies require knowledge of the facility that houses the collection as well as a strong data monitoring program. Join Core: Leadership, Infrastructure, Futures for the free Preservation Week® webinar “How to Implement Sustainability in your Facility”, which will not only focus on ways to start gathering data and information to begin to understand what a facility is capable of, but will also provide some sustainable strategies that institutions can implement.
- Understand what information they should be looking to collect about their institution to begin the sustainability process
- Learn what information to collect and the importance of pairing that information with a data monitoring program
- Be able to apply this information will help guide their decision on what strategy they can implement
Who Should Attend
This webinar will be geared towards any individual at a collecting institution, of any size, that would like to learn what ways they can start assessing their facility to understand what type of sustainable strategies they can implement.
